BNC Service Restoration
The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts has announced that the Bankruptcy Noticing Center operations resumed on October 26, 2026. Beginning immediately:
- BNC will process backlogged notices in chronological sequence and will send out electronic and paper notices that were generated between October 7 and October 25. It may take time for BNC to work through the backlogged notices, so please be patient while the system returns to normal.
- BNC will concurrently process newly-generated court notices beginning on October 26.
- BNC-related websites and services are accessible, including DeBN, EBN, and NCRS.
- CM/ECF users may access the creditor mailing matrices.
During the outage, the bankruptcy court sent out certain time-sensitive notices by mail. Parties may receive duplicative notice once BNC processes the backlogged files, but receiving such duplicate notice does not extend or restart a deadline or response period. Any party negatively affected by the BNC outage may seek relief from the court as outlined in the court’s October 15, 2026 General Order 26-4, which remains in effect at this time.
Additional information and guidance regarding the resolution of the BNC outage will be posted on the court’s website.
