The Clerk's Office of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Illinois will be closed Wednesday, December 31, 2025 and Thursday, January 1, 2026.  The public will still have access to the CM/ECF system and telephone messages can be left at 618-482-9400.  The Bankruptcy Clerk's office will be physically closed to the public on Friday, January 2, 2026, but staff will be in telework status and will be available by phone or email.
