The hearing regarding Chapter 13 "No Look" attorney fees previously scheduled for January 27, 2026 has been rescheduled to February 4, 2026 at 10:30am.  Attendees who are scheduled to be in Benton that day will have to the option to participate remotely from the Benton courtroom.
