On Friday, March 13, 2026, the Bankruptcy Clerk's Offices in East St Louis and Benton will close early.  The Clerk's office in Benton will close at 11:00 a.m., and the Clerk's office in East St. Louis will close at 1:30 p.m.  The Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system will be available as usual.  Paper filings may be placed in the drop box located at the public entrance. Both offices will resume normal hours at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, March 16, 2026.
